Land Claims 2.0

To appear on the map for the day, claims must be submitted by 7PM EST, the map will be updated in evening EST..
If you think that a CS or HQ base has decayed fully and you are interested in claiming the land, reach out for an admin to verify that there is no longer a CS or HQ on that land and then you can proceed with standard land claiming.
If a land claim is pending, it has 24 hours to fix the mistake before another group can claim over that land.

You must create a clan in-game using /clan and have at least 2 members tagged in /clan prior to making a standard land claim.
Solo/RP Claims: Solo/RP claims are the small light blue or purple claims surrounding frontiers.
For City Claims: You must have at least 4 tagged members using the /clan command
If you add external walls or expand on your HQ or CS buildings, the clan name and HQ / CS sign must be posted clearly on the outer wall.
Land claims must be connected to each other.
Remember when claiming land, by owning land your clan is then able to declare war on other land-owning clans or have war declared upon you.
After war has been declared, clans may not make any non-war related land claims or move HQ/CS locations until war is completed.
All clan loot must be stored on clan land in marked buildings.
Total land claims that can be gained over 3 week period: 1 HQ and 2 CS lands (1 land every 48 hours, does not apply to Solo/RP claims)

Your first land claim will be your HQ land claim. This will be your ultimate stronghold.
For Cities: Your HQ may not be inside or connect to your city, it must be a separate building with its own accessible TC so if your clan goes to war or if your clan is war dec’ed that the town is not attacked.
You must make a post in the Discord land claim channel.
Make sure you follow the rules for the HQ land claim (aka your clan’s initial land claim) and for posting additional land claims (these are called CS or control structure land claims).
You must wait 48 hours after your previous land claim post before you post again in the Discord land claim channel.

City claim clans cannot join wars in any capacity or be used as a proxy group for a pvp clan.
If outside clans attempt to store clan or individual loot in a shop or building if the city claim, the admin team reserves the right to remove these bases without warning.
Raiding/KOS/PVP is not allowed in City claim land.
Members of the city are allowed to defend the city with force from attempted robbery
Do not use a supply signal in the City claims.
We reserve the right to alter these rules if we find a group attempting to take advantage of City Claims.
Only the 4 official City Claims (1 in each Quadrant) will receive a train station and special marker on the map; all other cities will just receive a star symbol.
Players do not need to ask for permission to live in an official city. All official cities are open to the public.
The staff monitor city claims and will remove city claim if owners aren’t doing a good job with the city (no walling off trains, no robbing citizens’ homes, etc.).

Once a person or clan makes a RP claim, they cannot leave and join a regular faction.
Groups with RP claims cannot join wars in any capacity or be used as a proxy group for a pvp clan.
If outside clans attempt to store loot in these claims, the admin team reserves the right to remove these bases without warning.
Members of RP factions can go to rad towns for BPs, but if we notice them camping the rads towns we will revoke their status as an RP claim and move their base into a No Man’s Land section.
If members of an RP use the war immunity to provoke other players they can be evicted by other players.
We reserve the right to alter these rules if we find a group attempting to take advantage of Roleplay Claims.
No dropping supply signals in RP claims

Clans may designate their lands as KOS and must have signs posted surrounding the land claim(s). Clan must also inform the admin team when claiming the land so that the /map will be updated to read “KOS” on the land claims.
KOS claims can’t be touching a frontier or city.
If clans designate their lands as KOS, it makes their land into a pvp area so any player can shoot first.
Lands don’t become KOS until after the map has been updated to reflect it as KOS.
When land is declared as KOS, it effects all claims.
